No dental insurance? No problem! Our Dental Savings Plan is a cost-effective way to pay for your annual exams, dental X-rays,cleanings, and save on your needed dental treatment!
Dental Savings Plan
12 month Benefit Fee
- **Child (age 17 and under)
Our Dental Savings Plan will include the following Benefits:
- Two check- up exams
- Two routine cleanings
- All x-rays associated with check-up exams
- Two fluoride treatments for children up to the age of 17
- Two additional periodontal cleanings at 30% off our CURRENT FEE SCHEDULE
- Two oral cancer screenings
- Two emergency exams
20% off our CURRENT FEE SCHEDULE for dental services provided by Fine Dentistry by Design, with cosmetic procedures( Teeth Whitening, Veneers) and Invisalign treatment are excluded.
Your membership fee is good for 12 months from the membership starting date. This plan is not insurance and is not intended to replace dental or health insurance. You have the right to cancel in the first 30 days, provided that you have not used the plan. Once you use the plan, your fee is not refundable.
